Pragmatic Spark Collective
I work alongside you to reduce overwhelm and decision fatigue when navigating systems and decision-making.
I offer practical and compassionate support to help you navigate life, make sense of information, and move forward in ways that protect your energy.
What I do
Turning chaos into organised, manageable next steps is where I thrive! I enjoy getting into the detail so you don’t have to.
I help gather, understand, and interpret information so you can make decisions with less stress.
I apply a calm and non-judgemental approach to problem solving. If decision fatigue has left you frozen (I have been there), I use support-led collaboration techniques to lighten the load and work through priorities that feel realistic to you. On the flip side, if you need an accountability buddy and firm step-by-step directions, I can equally offer that method of support.
